[divider]Please join us for the Nexus Network Second Annual Conference: Scales, Levels, and Spaces of the Nexus
[divider]Event structure
Structured around keynote talks and interactive discussions, the conference will provide an opportunity for researchers, policy makers, businesses and others interested in the sustainability of food, energy, water and the environment, to meet and identify and strengthen connections between different projects and initiatives in this area.
Breakout sessions will focus on questions such as:
How do geographic scales of decision making affect the sustainability of the nexus in different local contexts?
What are the politics of considering nexus questions at different scales?
How can technologies and innovations to improve the sustainability of nexus interactions be ‘scaled up’, and under what circumstances is this aspiration appropriate and feasible?
How can research impact be ‘scaled up’ to influence policy, business practice or society more broadly?
How does the choice of focal scale at which nexus interactions are examined affect the choice of methodology, and what are the implications of these choices?
